A NOTE TO RENTERS:

THE COWPET BAY WEST CONDO ASSOCIATION IS NOT A RENTAL AGENCY AND DOES NOT RENT OUT ITS CONDOS. If you have rented a condo here at Cowpet Bay, you have rented directly through an individual owner, not though our CBW Association.  It is that owner you must contact directly if you have issues or concerns about the condo you rented.

Cowpet Bay West Condominiums is a residential living community that has resort amenities.  It was incorporated as a Homeowner's Association and is supported by the CBW Association's office and grounds staff.  The CBW Homeowner's Association and its staff is not part of any rental agency and do not support the needs of renters who have rented from individual condo owners.
